It is a self-paced course. Remember, everyone's process is different so the time it takes per person will vary. As with anything related to personal growth, take as long as you need to digest the course while being proactive and using the exercises as things come up. 

The course consists of 2 hours total audio and visual presentation with a 44-page workbook with 8 guided exercises and accompanying worksheets, a resource directory, planner worksheets, and a journal. It also includes access to Monique's Self Coaching Office Hours on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 12 pm - 1 pm PST. If you cannot make those hours, you can submit questions that will be answered during that call and then you can view the recording at your leisure.

Absolutely not too soon! Whether you're new or familiar with the concepts, have a coaching practice, or not, the exercises are geared at expanding our consciousness which allows us to be in "flow". This is an ongoing journey as our consciousness has its limits of comfortability which we experience as we grow. ;)
