Quantum Healing Lab: Expansion Two [A Deeper Dive] & Three [The Practitioners Course] Participant Agreement

This Participant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Monique Evans & Intuitive Freedom ("Provider") and the undersigned participant ("Participant"), effective as of the date of signature below.

Course Dates
The Quantum Healing Lab: Expansion Two {A Deeper Dive] & Three [The Practitioners Course] ("Training") will take place from OCTOBER 10-13, 2024 (9:00 AM - 12:30 PM PST) and OCTOBER 24 - 27, 2024 (9:00 AM - 12:30 PM PST).  Specific dates for live sessions and any bonus content are detailed in the course schedule provided to the Participant.

 

Nature of the Training
The Quantum Healing Lab Expansion Two & The Quantum Healing Lab Expansion Three ("Training") offered by Intuitive Freedom is intended to provide participants with education on quantum healing concepts and practices. The Training includes but is not limited to, teachings on quantum integration, the application of high-level quantum concepts, and practical exercises. The Participant acknowledges that the Training is for educational or entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The trainings provide a variety of resources and opportunities designed to enhance your learning and application of quantum healing concepts. Participation and outcomes may vary based on each individual's abilities and engagement with the training materials.

No Medical Advice
The Participant acknowledges that the Provider is not a healthcare professional, and the services provided during the Training do not replace the care of healthcare professionals. The Training does not aim to provide medical or mental health advice, and no medical or mental health services will be provided. The Participant is advised to seek professional advice as appropriate.

 

Assumption of Risk
The Participant understands and agrees that the Training may involve discussions and practices related to personal health and well-being and that all activities are voluntary. The Participant assumes all risks associated with participating in the Training, including but not limited to emotional stress, physical injury, and psychological impacts.

 

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Participant releases and forever discharges Intuitive Freedom, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that the Participant may hereafter have for injuries, damages, or losses to the Participant or the Participant's property, arising out of or connected with the participation in the Training, including any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the negligence of the Provider or its representatives.

 

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Rights
The Participant acknowledges that all materials provided during the Training, including but not limited to course materials, exercises, methodologies, discussions, and any proprietary information shared by the Provider or other participants, are the exclusive property of Intuitive Freedom. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

 

The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or share any Training materials without the prior written consent of the Provider. The Participant further agrees not to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Training materials, exercises, or methodologies for personal gain, commercial purposes, or in any way that competes with the Provider’s business without express written permission from the Provider. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the materials may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

 

Non-Refundable Fees
The Participant agrees and acknowledges that all fees paid for the Training are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the Training.

 

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Los Angeles, California, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs associated with the arbitration unless otherwise required by law.

 

Force Majeure
The Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

 

Indemnification
The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intuitive Freedom, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the Participant’s use or misuse of the Training materials or participation in the Training.

 

Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. However, in the event of termination by the Participant, no refunds will be issued, as outlined in the "Non-Refundable Fees" clause. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Participant's access to the Training at any time if the Participant violates any terms of this Agreement, engages in disruptive behavior, or otherwise hinders the learning environment.

 

No Guarantee of Results
The Provider makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of the Training. The success and application of the Training depend on the Participant’s efforts, engagement, and individual circumstances, and results may vary from person to person.

 

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

Non-Transferability
The Participant's rights and obligations under this Agreement are personal and may not be assigned, transferred, or delegated to any other individual or entity without the prior written consent of the Provider.

 

Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind (including without limitation any prior versions of this Agreement).

 

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
